Pony Club/ Youth Riding Information:
The Turkish Pony Club was established in 1999. It is in the process of opening new branches throughout Turkey as well as formulating riding standards.Horseback holidays, summer camps and exchange programs are now offered.
Native Breeds:
Turkey has no native pony breeds but it does have the Turkish horse which is a small (under 1.5 metres) calm and speedy breed.
